My hope to change.

One of the things I have always wanted is to change my physical health and appearance. I suppose it has to do with insecurity and just wanting to be physically healthy. So, I am taking the USN challenge. It is a 12 week makeover challenge. I will be reporting on my progress with photos and other information..... Wish me luck!!
