My first post.

Well then, this is it. My first post. I have been pondering about this and I guess this is just a post. My first post. I have decided to start this blog for several reasons. As I progress I will tell you all about it. The long and the short of it is I would like to take you on my journey to life. I am a 39 year old bipolar that suffer from addiction. I am not currently taking medication for several reasons, which I will tell you about more in time. I wish to achieve a healthy happy life in one year and I hope that you, my gentle reader will enjoy the journey with me. Thank you for reading my blog.
